Conjugated Linoleic Acid
CLA is an acronym for conjugated linoleic acid which was accidentally discovered by scientists in mice in 1979. It has been found to reduce cancer cells and heart disease in laboratories. It is also used to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, which is the main commercial use for it now. In nature, kangaroos have the highest concentration of CLA.
