Judge Alex Kozinski Porn Trial
The huge news in the legal world yesterday was that Judge Alex Kozinski, who was presiding over the famous California Ira Isaacs bestiality and extreme fetishes porn trial, was removed from the case after obscene porn was found on the judge’s personal website.
In the legal community, it’s no big deal. If there is a perception of the judge not being objective, he takes another case, no harm; no foul. And that’s what is happening.
However, the MEDIA wants to fry Kozinski, and are asking a million questions about him.
The bottom line is that Kozinski has always been a proponent of freedom of speech and artistic expression. In fact, he’s a character. His website has a lot of his own writings and essays, and he and his son accidentally uploaded all the weird crap that I’m sure we’ve all seen on the Internet by accident.
At this point, this highly intelligent and creative mind’s reputation is ruined, and is the subject of jokes, in addition to having lawyers question the fairness of his previous cases.

michael savage was talking about this judge and referred to him as
“a pervert who likes to watch women get down on all fours and have sex with animals”
and said that the judge “likes to see animals with an erection”
i turned it off, and i didnt know what he was talking about and i dont know what this judge did wrong exactly but i just want to point out the complete disregard for facts that numerous radio talk show hosts have.
Yeah, RAW, I guess Savage was referring to some porn that was on the judge’s shared website site that was uploaded by his friends, something that is widely available on the net.
I guess judge’s can’t surf the net on their personal computer.
