MySpace friend request can get you arrested

We truly live in a new technological era where the court systems are setting new precedents.

It has been ruled that sending a MySpace friend request is a violation of an order of protection, which states “no contact allowed”.

It is amazing that one click of the left mouse can cause criminal charges like that. For those of you not in the social networking world, a friend request in Myspace, Friendster, Facebook, or wherever is one of the most mundane things on the Net.
